1. Ask the following questions to each current ecosystem condition with each identified critical political or business statements:

a. Whether the current ecosystem condition can fulfil this identified policy or trend?

b. If not, what future ecosystem condition should look like to fulfil the identified policy or trend?

2 Evaluate the overlaps among the identified future ecosystem conditions across the CSTEP dimensions, merge and reorganize the future ecosystem conditions
